Local Color is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information from you when you register for a painting party or purchase an artwork online. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and/or credit card information. This information is used to improve customer service and process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service as requested by the customer.

Intellectual Property:
The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to localcolorobx.com are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such matters or any part of localcolorobx.com is strictly prohibited, without our express prior written permission.

Cancellation and Return Policies:
Cancellations must be made at a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled painting party. Artwork and other products purchased from localcolorobx.com may be returned, if undamaged, within 30 days after purchase.
